Ardent Solutions congratulates Evans and Gooch-Christman
Ardent Solutions is proud to announce the graduation of Helen Evans, Associae Director, and Leslie Gooch-Christman, Board of Directors Member, from the Health Foundation for Western and Central New York's Health Leadership Fellows Program!
The goal of the Health Leadership Fellows program is to expand a network of skilled leaders that will learn to lead collaboratively from both within and outside of their organizations and become advocates for improved health care delivery, particularly for vulnerable older adults and children ages birth to five impacted by poverty.
The 18-month program includes sessions on personal leadership, leading change, communicating as a leader and collaboration. In addition to four to five retreats spanning two to three days each, fellows meet monthly and develop a collaborative inter-organizational project in small teams. Each fellow also receives executive coaching and access to the Fellows’ website and learning materials.
