Mobility Planning Coordinator- 1 FTE Position Available
JOB TITLE: Mobility Planning Coordinator
REPORTS TO: Executive Director
FLSA CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt
WORK HOURS: 40 hrs/week; generally Monday-Friday; 8:00-4:30 p.m.; with some evening/weekend work required.
Position Purpose:
Ardent Solutions, Inc., is a Rural Health Network located in Allegany County, New York - a regional non-profit organization that provides community health education and mobility management services to an array of individuals and family's seeking to improve their health and overall wellness. We are currently seeking a Mobility Planning Coordinator to become a member of our Team.
Under the direct supervision of the Executive Director, the Mobility Planning Coordinator is primarily responsible for the overall coordination of Mobility Management services and programs under the auspices of Ardent Solutions, Inc. He/she works within the guidelines, policies and mission of the organization and will be accountable and responsible for specific projects and/or relationships as assigned. The position requires an ability to take initiative and personal ownership of the organization’s vision, and lead others toward achievement of that vision; while developing full actionable plans that successfully responds to the needs of the community. Employee will analyze the industry and community trends and link these to organization operations; conducts sound analysis, formulates own conclusions and prepares excellent summaries with recommendations to management for future agency growth.
The Mobility Planning Coordinator is responsible for managing and delivering coordinated transportation services to customers in Allegany County including frail elderly, people with disabilities, and people with lower incomes. Strong results orientation, program evaluation skills, data management and analytical skills; and technical aptitude required (Working knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Access and Word). Strong passion for health and wellness; positive; solutions oriented team player. Ability to create written reports; and systemically monitor and evaluate programs and services to ensure quality products and services. Valid driver's license is required; MUST maintain required vehicle insurance.
Preferred Qualifications: * Experience working in a fast-paced, non-profit organization. * Planning/project management. *Experience working with older adults, individuals living with disabilities, and/or individuals living with lower incomes. * Experience working in or with a public transportation system. * Event management experience. * Data analysis. * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Services Administration, or a related field or Associate’s degree with a minimum of five years experience.
