Financial Viability

Entering its second decade of business, Ardent Solutions’ sound fiscal practice provides the foundation for expansion and growth into the future. As a 501c3 not-for-profit organization, the majority of monies are secured through grant funds; including awards from local and regional foundations, private grants and governmental funds. 

With an annual operating budget of just under $500,000.00, Ardent Solutions is committed to investing 75% of all monies back into the community through service directory, programs and initiatives impacting community health and well-being.

As stated in the most recent Independent Auditor’s Report, completed by Bysiek CPA, PLLC, “the financial statements   present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of Allegany/Western Steuben Rural Health Network, Inc.* as of   December 31, 2013 and 2012, and the changes in its net assets and its cash flows for the years then ended in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America.”
