New technology opens doors for Allegany County older adults! Ardent Solutions is partnering with Uniper Cares to offer a free virtual community for older adults who wish to participate in social, educational, recreational, and health-related activities from the comfort of their own home. Uniper Cares offers an array of fun, interactive, and stimulating activities that can be enjoyed through your SMART television, on your tablet, or on your computer. Don't have a SMART television or other device? We can furnish one through our free Technology Loaner Program.
What is Uniper Cares?
With a simple remote and camera, Uniper turns any television into a window to the world - full of connections, live activities, games, and so much more! It's also peace of mind for local and long-distance caregivers allowing families to connect through Uniper.

- Residents age 50+ living in Allegany County
- Agree to a home visit to complete a wellness screening
- Complete 2 program assessments
